Service
An IT department for a fixed monthly fee.
A project ends the day it is handed over. In Partnerība we keep maintaining and developing your systems after that, for a sum written into the contract.
No hourly tracking. 3-month periods, no long-term commitment.

Three steps. No long meetings.
Submit. A new job is a new card on the board. Anyone on your team can add one.
Agree. We agree the order on the board, so you always see what comes next. If something is on fire, you decide what to push back.
Receive. No more than three jobs in progress at once. Each with a visible status and due date.
The full process
Every card travels the same path: Submitted, Approved, In progress, Client review, Done. We change the status the moment the work actually moves, not in a Friday report.
On the card you say what needs doing, what result you expect and how urgent it is. If something is missing from the description we ask: the card waits in Submitted until everything is clear.
Within 24 hours you get an answer: the job is accepted, needs clarification, or falls outside the scope of Partnerība. A due date becomes binding only once we have approved it; but then it is a due date.
We work in priority order, not submission order. We agree priorities on the board by their impact on your business. A new card does not change the queue by itself.
No more than three jobs in progress at once on each board. That is not a shortcoming, it is the reason jobs get finished rather than almost finished. The Submitted queue can be as long as you like. If there are several areas, say logistics and finance, each gets its own board with its own limit.
Urgent means needed sooner than 2 weeks. You mark the card urgent, and within 24 hours you get one of three answers: we do it by your date; your date is not possible, here is the realistic one; or we can, but one of the active jobs has to be set aside, and you choose which.
If a job is standing still because we are waiting for information, access or a decision from you, the clock stops, and that is visible on the board.
We hand a finished job to you for review. Approve it or object specifically; if there is no objection within 5 working days the job counts as accepted. If the result does not match the description we fix it at no extra cost; if you want more than was described, that is a new card.
The partnership runs in 3-month periods. At the end of each period we can review the scope, the process and the price, or stop altogether. If both sides are happy, everything continues automatically on the same terms.
Partnerība, an in-house hire or a project
The salary on paper is only part of what an in-house IT specialist costs the employer: add employer social tax, training, holidays and sick leave, from 3 500 € a month in total. A project price carries a 30 to 50 % risk margin. Compare for yourself.

An invoice with no ceiling?
The sum is fixed in the contract. We keep clients with finished work, not with small print.
Will we get stuck in a contract?
A 3-month period. A trial, not a marriage.
What are we really paying for?
The board shows every job and its status. Every day, not once a quarter.
Everything an IT department does. Without a single employee on payroll.
- System maintenance and bug fixing
- Consulting and technical decisions
- Rolling out new automations
- Solving urgent problems
- Integrations between systems
- System monitoring and alerts
- Reports and dashboards
- Training your team
The full scope
Maintenance of existing systems and automations, bug fixes, updates.
Rolling out new automations in your processes.
Integrations between your systems: accounting, CRM, e-shop, warehouse, so data is not retyped by hand.
Reports and dashboards, data in the cuts you need.
Technical consulting, also when the question is not about what we built.
Solving urgent problems with an answer within 24 hours.
System monitoring and alerts, before your customers notice a problem.
Training your team to work with the systems.
Large new projects with a fixed delivery date: for those we prepare a separate project quote, and partnership clients go to the front of the queue.
Third-party licences and subscriptions: you pay for those yourself, with no markup from us.
Who the partnership is for, and who it is not
This model is not for everyone, and it is better to know that up front.
A fit if
your systems and processes already run and need maintaining, fixing and developing; the IT to-do list grows faster than it gets done, but there is not yet enough for a full-time hire; you want to see what is happening on a board, not wait for a quarterly report; someone on your side can submit jobs and say which matters most.
Not a fit if
you need a person in the office every day, then hire an employee, not a partner; there is one project with a fixed scope and delivery date, the project model fits that; there are no systems to maintain yet, start with Pamats, the partnership is the next step; nobody on your side wants to set priorities on the board, the model does not work without that.
Proof
A logistics company started with one project, an automation for shipment tracking. After handover the next job appeared, then another. Now there is a partnership instead of projects: two boards, logistics and finance, and every new card gets an answer within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions
The fee does not change, but a quiet month is not wasted money: we get to the work that would otherwise wait forever. Performance, security, documentation, tidying up. Those sit on the board too, and you see them.
Yes. The queue is unlimited; up to three jobs are in progress at once. You set the order.
The partnership runs in 3-month periods. At the end of each period you can revise the terms or stop, with no penalties or exit fees. If nobody changes anything, it simply continues.
You do. The code, the configuration and the documentation are your property, also after the partnership ends.
Urgent means needed sooner than 2 weeks. Within 24 hours we answer: we do it by your date, we offer a realistic date, or we rearrange the active jobs, and you choose which one to set aside.
Sometimes that is the right answer: if there is steadily more work than one full-time role, we will say so ourselves. Until then the partnership gives you a whole team's knowledge for less than one in-house specialist costs the employer.
